All Out of Africa plants are shipped via UPS Ground or UPS Three Day Select. Orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays to help ensure safe arrival. Once your order is placed, you can expect your plants within just a few days.
Most (but not all) plants will be ready for repotting upon arrival.

The plants pictured are the exact plants you will receive. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not, returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
While we cannot guarantee long-term growth success—since conditions vary—we are here to help. If you experience difficulties with your plants, please reach out by email. We want you to succeed and continue enjoying rare and unique plants from us.
